I went in to place a take out order the receipt got stuck (no receipt) which was ok I order Chicken Schwarma wrap and rice (simple) I had 2 people before me so I went back to my car an waited came back in the guy that took my order was leaving said nothing to me about my order an walk right pass me no customers were there it was two ladies working one was eating something(no gloves).. the other lady was prepping something. I could see my order was done. then lady she put on some gloves after the lady said something to her and she grab a container and started transfer the chicken Schwarma into it.(my order) then the phone rang she proceed to answer and took the call. then handed the phone to the other lady that was prepping food then she went to finish prepping the food that the lady was working on leaving my ORDER to the side...she even got plates for the chef I ask her how long would it take for my order which then she started to put my order in a bag. I felt Like she wanted to make me wait longer than what I NEEDED.the food was done when I came back in the store. I seen it on the ledge she didn't start getting my order til she seen me walk back in the store...I will never go back it felt like they were talking under their breath and watching me as if they didn't want to serve me I felt very very uncomfortable I also could see that the manager was entertaining a customer who had came in so I am not sure if he was aware of what was going on he could see I was waiting I was the lady with the Navy Blue Adidas... The Food was DRY I went before they change Names and the food was...

The first time we went there after reviewing the menu we decided to walk out because of the bed approach of the cashier And we decided to give another chance we thought maybe the person had a bad day or been overwhelmed being busy After month later yesterday we went there after waiting on a long line when it was our turn the cashier she was just running around and she just left and the manager was on the other register did not even look at us or say anything we were just waiting we understand being busy but at least it would be nice of him to say something Anyway after 15 minutes waiting for the manager that was front of me I had to say something and he called one of the guy was just staring at the people behind the cashier said help them out and he was not knowing what to do I have to tell him to call someone who's actually knowing what to do on the screen sure he called the girl that left us and run around and screaming in the restaurant for the order numbers she was putting us under a pressure that we have to rush to order and to be honest we did not order the drink because of her Rush one thing that it's a big no to me and I'm sure to a lot of other the noise from the kitchen and how loud the stuff is FYI I did try to talk to the manager after our dinner and he said give me 10 minutes and I was just sitting he never approached us I wasn't going to post this bad experience if he was doing his job I don't think he should be running the...

I feel this place is over rated and overpriced too.I came with my family on two ocassions. Once during Iftaar Buffet and once on EID day. The space is certainly not enough to accommodate the people they allow. On Iftaar buffet day we grabbed small amount of starter food just before breaking fast and to our surprise when we reached the food trays after the long line after breaking our fast there was just 20-25% main course food left in the trays. Sweet dish ( cake pieces ) were completely gone. My kids only liked pasta and it completely vanished and were told it is no more available.We liked their hummus and kind of filled our bellies on that. PRO TIP- Grab everything on first go on their iftar buffet. On EID day the buffet was priced much higher $30 for adults and $ 20 for kids (including my 7 year kid which hardly tasted anything than few pieces of their potato wedges). All they have in meat dish was two different types of Bar B que Liver and probably small pieces of beef floating in the sea of gravy. Come on atleast I was expecting some mutton or chicken Bar B que at least for that price tag. My family was saying probably it was a breakfast buffet as they saw some eggs and potato wedges. Totally disappointed with the price tag of their buffet on EID day. Will never visit again at least for Buffet....
