As a blonde with light to sparse brows, and the victim of an assault wherein I was sliced across my right eyebrow leaving a significant scar through my brow, I was given the gift of permanent makeup on my brows. Every day I would wake up to the scar and almost no brows and know I did not want to go out of the house that way. Then a friend gave me an incredible gift and I had my brows done with permanent make up by Carol. What a difference. Every morning I wake up I am so happy that I do not have to do my brows and there is a frame on my face that makes me want to put on make up and, even if I did not, I look 100% better with these beautifully sculpted eyebrows. Always pretty salon and spa is beautiful and it is calming and feels like all your pressures are melting away. This was a big step for me because I have no tattoos or any markings on my body but I wish I would have done this 30 years ago. It is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about Always Pretty Salon and Spa and Carol. The atmosphere and the cleanliness and the professionalism and the environment and the sense of security and peacefulness are an incredible memory and I will be going back because the spa also has many other services. This truly was one of the best gifts I ever got. This is the best salon and spa I have ever gone to. I trust not only Carol the owner but the other employees as well. I have been going to the salon since 2012 and will never forget my first services and how amazing they are each time I go. I have gone for waxing (Brazilian, eye, lip, leg), Hot Rock Massage, Facial, and both the deluxe manicure and pedicure. They have such great prices for OUTSTANDING services. Carol is amazing, when I went for my first Brazilian she made it so comfortable and no big deal. I have gone to other salons because I was away and both my friend and I search for a good one and it was horrible. I know now that I will not go anywhere ever again! The style and appearance of the salon is peaceful and relaxing. The atmosphere of everyone is polite and nice. The services are phenomenal and one couldn't ask for more. I usually go and Carol takes care of me for all my services but I have had a few others and they were great as well. I have been going since 2012 and still highly recommend the salon and get all my friends. I am even going to convince my boyfriend to come because he even thinks it sounds nice from my praises. I say definitely go for what ever service, especially waxes(THEABSOLUTEBEST!!) and decide for yourself. I am not going to discredit some reviewers but I most definitely find some hard to believe. Had the eyelash extensions they offer. Couldn’t find any reviews on them I felt I needed to do this review so no one has to experience this. Instead of doing individual lashes she applied numerous cluster of lashes. This is a cheaper version and i thought I would try it. To my dismay the results were awful. Don’t go cheap on your lashes. It can’t be tailored to your eye shape as individual lashes can. They were extremely uncomfortable and unnatural looking. When I closed my eyes I could feel the thick base of the clusters. My eyes always felt irritated. The other negative if that isn’t enough is , if you don’t go for a fill in , as you lose the clusters you have gaps of missing lashes , and the ones remaining are bunching up and look awful. I Just wish they would come off. It’s been about 3 weeks and still have several remaining. But I don’t want to damage my natural lashes and force it. I just pray that my natural lashes are okay after these finally come off. ...
