I called at least 4 to 5 times and left messages on their voicemail to make an appointment to have my dog groomed. Apparently they do not answer their phone, or return calls. I decided to drive to their business to schedule an appointment. I spoke to a woman who I assumed was the owner. She explained that she had lost 1 groomer, and another was on vacation, and to take on a new client would be a problem. She was quite unpleasant! If you aren't taking new clients, say so!
