My husband ordered online...they weren't the colors he asked some of the flowers missing petals drooping and brown...my husband and I both called and complained...they didn't even care...they apologized which wasn't even sincere and gave my husband and I two different stories on how fresh the flowers were..never tried to fix it in any way whatsoever..they told us to contact the agency who he ordered them from online and they may give him a refund...they do not care about the customers at all...they also over charge for flowers I could of gotten better quality at giant for 25 bucks ... .he paid 77 dollars for a basket of daisies and carnations and a bird that should go in a sympathy arrangement not a birthday arrangement...I recommend to never ever use this shop quality is very poor ... customer service is poor and they are way overpriced...I feel bad for anyone...

At 11.45 AM on 23rd, I received a cancelation notice that the flower shop is closed, and won't open up until a few days down the line. So I am scrabbling now to find a flouriest to deliver flowers for my wife's birthday. To the ladies credit she did give me competitors name and #. You would think, that with a website they could post a notice or block orders or redirect the customer to a different flouriest.
