I went into this establishment yesterday and bought a phone. While I was there, the manager pitched me on the idea of getting direct tv now. They offered a free roku in the deal. I'm a PlayStation vue customer but am willing to hear new ideas and a free roku sounded great. However, when they tried to apply the promo code it didn't work. After two hours of waiting, they asked me to come in the following day. I was understanding of the situation (stuff happens) and left. The next day when I came in CATHEE was incredibly rude and told me she wasn't going to try to help. (Not figuratively, literally those words) She kept on saying, "it wasnt her fault things had worked out the way they did." I told her that I knew it wasn't her fault. (irrelevant) I was willing to cancel my account (free within the first seven days) and create a new one under a different email address. She refused and stated that if Monique couldn't make it work the day before then there was nothing she could do. Needless to say, I canceled my account IMMEDIATELY and RAN (Not walked) RAN right back into the friendly arms of PlayStation Vue. I like at&t but tv services is one thing they should stay away from. They completely ruined direct tv. I was a loyal customer to direct tv until they got bought out. No offense to CATHEE, but she could have tried to run the promotional code under a new account. The store was completely empty. There were no customers waiting. It would have been a few minutes of her time, and would have left me feeling certain that nothing could be done. Although highly satisfied with the services provided, my father and I did not use or need the same level of service that Gitta required. Predicated solely on price, we decided to switch carriers. We had to make three trips to the Copperas Cove store in order to transfer our existing telephone numbers. Each and every visit, it was Daniel Utley that ultimately assisted us in reaching a satisfactory conclusion. We initially started out with another Sales Consultant, but they were unable to help. Considering that we were leaving AT & T, Daniel went above and beyond our expectations during our visits. Daniel deserves recognition for his technical expertise, patience, helpfulness and his customer service oriented attitude.    Read moreYesterday I stopped by AT&T in Copperas Cove to purchase an Otterbox and a glass screen protector for my new iPhone 14 Pro Max. I also needed to turn in my trade-in iPhone 11. I was met at the door by Brian K. and another gentleman (did not get his name). They both opened the doors for me and were obviously in a good mood. Brian took care of getting the things I needed and my return. He was thoughtful, very friendly, thorough, but most importantly he took the time to put the glass protector on and made sure that every speck was removed before finishing the project. He even saw a few specks and made the extra effort to get those as well. I was extremely impressed and of all of the many years (first phone was a bag phone) that I have been with AT&T he is at the top of my "great customer service list". My wife's phone just came in and she will be asking for Brian K. when she returns her trade in. ...
