Refused to give me the $6 boorito- made up a policy that didnt exist, employee was very rude, skimped on the portions.
My spouse and I went in costumes for the $6 boorito deal. They skimped on everything but it was $6 and I haven't been to Chipotle in a long time. The cashier ignored the request to rung my husband and I separate, and said it was $25 for our 2 entrees. I reminded him of the promotion and he fixed one. I said it still was too high and he wouldn't fix it so the other entree was $6. I said then ring it separate and he refused. Other employees were standing and talking about having people scan their phones in and didnt help. My husband was frustrated and didn't understand so he paid it.
I contacted customer service, where I was lied to again and told it had to done in separate transactions. Per looking onto their website, all it said was one per person - so one for me and one for my husband.
I have the reciept. I have the photos of the promotion saying its one per person. Yet they continue to give me hell of a bad attitude and refuse to honor their promo.
Will have to file a charge back with the bank card.

Walked over to the restroom saw a sign on the women's that read maintenance in progress and the men's had a sign saying currently unisex while the employee was cleaning that restroom. Haha guess I couldn't go. Walked over to the line 1 person in front of me. Heard they were out of white rice. Okay things happen. An employee felt the need to yell across the lobby at everyone that walked in that they didn't have white rice instead of greeting customers. Meanwhile no employee was actually doing anything other than wiping down the same counters for 5 minutes instead of helping any person in line or making the food they were out of. When the guy in front of me finally got acknowledged and got his burrito I went to order my bowl. At the end I asked for a side of chips and queso. They put the queso inside the bag told me the total to which right before my card goes in the machine they mentioned to me we have no chips. Do you want the queso? No I didn't. The lady rolled her eyes removed the queso. I paid and left. Just awful service and the food was old and cold...

My mobile order wasn’t on the pickup rack, and the food prep area wasn’t just messy it was filthy. There was food scattered all over the place, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Not exactly what you want to see when people are preparing your food. About 10 minutes after my original pickup time, The employee quietly mumbled my name so quietly I wouldn’t have even heard it if I wasn’t watching the chaos unfold behind the counter., set the bag on the counter, and immediately turned around to keep making food. No greeting, no confirmation—just dropped it and walked off. When I finally got home and tried the food, the only flavor that really stood out was the onion and not in a good way. The pieces were way too big and uneven, and they completely overpowered everything else in the bowl.
