I can't help but be disappointed as a whole. This location failed me and so did TMobile Corp. I switched from Verizon due to constant issues with my VZ business account. I had multiple lines and they only ported in one. I did the rebate to get my phones paid off through the promotion as this was my motivation to get away from VZ poor customer service. Submitted all paperwork in a timely manner and was denied time and time again. Months later I receive a bill from VZ saying my account was about to be disconnected. That's when it all made sense. I was never successfully ported and last minute my paperwork wasn't sufficient to receive the promo for the other line as the system "automatically denies" the claim. However, I did receive daily phone calls assuring me they would resolve the issue, saying that the request was pending. Fast forward, congrats to me! I now owe VZ $1,600 because TMobile messed up. All of that time wasted for me just for me to make the decision to go back to Verizon. This mistake was so simple that I can't even process it mentally. The last rep I spoke to from Tmobile called to deliver me the news that there is nothing else to be done and I asked him if there was any reason to remain with tmobile if the reason I came over was to get my phones paid off and that couldn't happen and he told me "No" lol. am not only getting rid of them as a service provider but I will be liquidating all shares in this company. That is not a business model for a company that will out last the competition. If you seek out this company I am telling you to check and verify and check again. Overall customer service is much better though they keep in constant communication if you're looking for that trade off as I was. Sometimes the devil you know is better than the devil that...
Read moreI recently visited a T-Mobile store to return a phone as part of an upgrade. Despite three representatives being present, I waited 20-25 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, as the staff appeared more focused on engaging in casual, prolonged conversations with other customers rather than efficiently assisting them.
When I was eventually helped, the representative seemed distracted, splitting their attention between a personal phone and another unrelated device. After explaining that I was simply there to return a phone, they struggled to complete the task and, rather than seeking guidance from a manager or colleague, suggested I visit another T-Mobile location. Frustrated by the lack of engagement and support, I ultimately left without resolving my issue.
This marks the third time I’ve experienced subpar service at this location, where the staff consistently appear disengaged compared to other T-Mobile stores.
Feedback: This location would benefit greatly from enhanced customer service training. Encouraging employees to seek assistance from colleagues or managers when unsure would expedite resolutions and minimize customer frustration. Additionally, improving attentiveness and reducing wait times would significantly enhance the overall customer experience...
Read moreI have had internet connection problems almost this whole past week. Missed 2 days of work. After several calls to Sprint's customer service, still no connection. Went to the Sprint- T-mobile store yesterday, and I'm very glad I did. I went the first time in the morning and Angel was the gentleman that assisted me. He was able to get my phone unlocked and my internet restored. Unfortunately, once I got home - I live in a rural area, I had no internet. So, back I went to Sprint-T-mobile. Saw Angel and ended up with a new 5G phone. It was a 50 50 chance that this would help, but I was willing to take the chance. Angel was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He reinforces my belief in the fantastic service Sprint has always provided. My family started with Sprint over 20 years ago and I'll never go to another carrier! If you have any problems with your phone or service, go see Angel in Copperas Cove! Jazmin is also so...
