Decor House Furniture — Local services in Coral Gables

I had an extremely awkward experience here. I came in looking for a "long hanging chandelier" which I was immediately told by a saleswoman " No, no, we don't have that here..". I then pointed at two chandeliers on the floor directly in front of the saleswoman that were long hanging, and she said "yes, I guess those could work". I'm not exaggerating when I say it took her about 20 minutes to locate the name and price of the chandeliers in her showroom. When she finally said the price of "$2,800", I searched the same chandelier online and found it sold everywhere for $1,900. She immediately said "yes we can match that, it must be on sale elsewhere." It was not on sale, she just told me the incorrect price. Very confusing...

This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing furniture. Quite possibly some of the best service overall, I’ve ever received from any company. I stopped in just to look at the show room and ended up furnishing most of my new condo in Brickell. Alain helped me and basically every need that I had he was able to meet. Even to the point of re-staining a piece of furniture I really wanted that wasn’t the right color. Everything was ready immediately and even down to the delivery. It was truly white glove, very experienced and professional delivery people. They knew exactly how to furniture should be placed, etc. beyond happy....
