The lady instructor was not professional at all. She didn’t made me feel comfortable neither welcoming, she had a attitude. I asked her for help since this was my first time taking Pilates. Instead of helping me all she said was, that the class wasn’t for me and to take the one following it. So I did, I waited for the class to end to take the one that followed. just to my surprise to be treated even worst and not given the chance to take the class when the instructor clearly stated and suggested to take the following class. Just to be excluded again for the class by the same instructor, she had a bad attitude. I can definitely say there is no Pilates studio like tremble, the experience they are able to provide for you is incomparable. Take my word for it , you will not regret taking a class at this studio location. Instructors are amazing & so well explained, they are always open to guiding you but they are also tough.
