I was invited by my friend on a promotion to bring a friend for free. I went with my friend and they had me sign a waiver and they started telling her she had not paid for the class over and over. I even offered to pay for the free class! My friend showed her app so they could see I was free. Kept insisting until after class they said they talked to the manager and it was cleared I was free. Surprise! Next day her card got charged for my free class without telling her. NOT nice. The studio is pretty and that's it. Very unprofessional, young girls hired and not trained and the pilates instructor does not correct or show what to do, had to follow another lady to know what to do. I have been doing classical pilates for years and recently decided to switch it up and try Jetset for the first time. I am now obsessed. I got very lucky and decided to take a class with Daniel Hernandez at the merrick park location not knowing what the classes would be like. He is AMAZING, very knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend his classes more, he has gained a loyal fan. He is extremely friendly and motivating. I leave his class feeling absolutely amazing every time. He is a bit challenging (which i love, i leave knowing im getting my moneys worth) and does a great job at guiding you through the class.
