Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Coral Springs

Where is the Health Department. This is one filty restaurant located in Coral Springs. Health department are you doing your job in Coral Springs. From the ceiling to the floors. Why people still eating from this place I really do not understand. Guys you need to cook do you see the area where they are serving. This place needs to clean up or shut down. I ordered today and when the burger came out it was just slap between the bread no mayonnaise no lettuce no onions no nothing. I got up and ask what is this to be now told they don't have any of the items that suppose to be on the sandwich. Trust me if my mother was not sitting there with me I would have drawn attention to the other customers by telling them to take there money and run. No wonder why the place is so empty. Health Department is needed in this store. Do I have to call them for you guys. I spent almost $30 bucks and didn't enjoys it had to throw it out. The kids wanted Sonic. No napkins no ketchup. Why are you guys open to the public? This store just needs to close down get ther act together and then reopen. I asked to speak to the Manager and advised if you guy are out of something let tge customers know don't just slap a burger between the brea with nothing in it and expect for ne to be happy. I the real world customer service ran away. The customers are how people are paid today but sorry about that was not enough. Please health department of Coral Springs visit this store. The need to get there act together or Closed the doors to the Public. Filty...

I had this location at a 5- star and I am now changing my review to a 1 star. I went to take my 10 year old for ice cream on the last day of school for getting AB Honor Roll and as a sigh of relief that school is over for the school year and the summer has officially started. I sat in the drive thru was asked to hold on as another patrons order was taken. I mean rightfully so they were there before me, however another vehicle pulled up after that patron and they proceeded to take that person's order. Then I pulled up to a space because by this time I was aggrevated. I hit the red button sat there for 15 minute looked at the screen where hit said I had to hit the button again. Now at this point another patron that had been behind me in the drive thru has pulled into a spot because now the same thing has happened to him. He too hit the button and no one ever came on the speaker same as me. So I now I hit the button for a second time and watch the exact same thing happen to another person. Only this time the gentleman didn't pull into a spot he drove right up to the window. I am unaware of what followed after that. Now I have been at this place since 12:20pm and my order just got taken at 12:58pm. I can tell you alot of people drove off today. The only reason I was still here was to write this...

It was my first time ever at a Sonic Drive-In. I was helped by the outstanding manager Laura. She was so patient with me and helped me with all my questions. I ordered the Bacon Stack Combo that Laura suggested, with the crinkle cut french fries and a classic strawberry shake.

The Bacon Stack was so fresh and tasty, I would definitely recommend trying it out.

The crinkle cut french fries, known as the Groovy Fries, WOW!! They were absolutely delicious and so fresh and crunchy. That was definitely my favorite part of the whole meal. Especially with the Groovy Sauce Laura mentioned came with the fries. SUPER TASTY!

The strawberry shake was absolutely devine as well! It wasn’t too sweet or too rich, it was JUST RIGHT!!

Out of my whole experience, I would suggest coming to this Sonic and trying the Bacon Stack, Fries and Shake!! 10/10 Recommend trying this restaurant out!
