Walk into the store, the associate is on her cell phone which is on speaker and it seriously looked like a finger was in her nose. I thought “I can’t be seeing this”, and tried to place my order. She did not hang up the phone but proceeded to take my order with the phone still on speaker. Then she said their systems were not working properly she types away at the cash register, scoffs bc the system is wacky and then tells me she needs to hand key my credit card information into the system. No sir. I politely declined and said I would go to a different smoothie king. Nothing seemed right with this transaction. And that phone call did not appear to be business related based on the background noises I heard. I thought maybe it was IT but it wasn’t. I noticed a couple of the stores have become cashless recently. I just wonder how that affects their bottom line by excluding a portion of their customer base who may not have a debit or credit card. We get coupons in the mail that just say 20oz small smoothie with a Barcode and a 32oz smoothie with a barcode and a buy one get one of lesser value. So the assumption is that the first two would be free wouldn't you think? There is literally nothing on it besides what I wrote above. So when I get there I'm told that it's a $2 discount off the 20oz smoothie and I think a $3 off the 32oz smoothie as well. Even though there's nothing on the card at all. So that's the first issue. Second... you get to add two things to your smoothie depending on what you get.. I got almonds and Kale.. one scoop of both lol. one tiny tiny scoop of either.. When I've gone to Jamba Juice or Aero Juice which is pure healthy, you get way more than 1 scoop of veggies or fruit... Honestly, I've never really liked Smoothie King. It's all Juices instead of mostly whole foods anyway and crazy expensive.. Much cheaper to just make it at home.. My entire smoothie tasted like icy cold...

I called them to complain, they said they could not send me another smoothie because it was delivered through a third-party. I asked for a refund, they said they could not refund me my money. I spoke to the manager and asked to speak to the owner and they said they could do nothing for me. I called corporate and corporate said they would contact me back but still have not. I have never been so disappointed. I order 4 large smoothie paid $8 in delivery fee. I was told I had to bring the smoothie back for a replacement.
