I stopped in to see the menu and asked if they have vegetarian items. The lady at the desk was quick to answer harshly and abruptly "absolutely nothing." So I inquired if they could make the pad thai, any of the curries, or any of the stir fries without the fish sauce. She outright refused.
I was parusing the menu anyway and seeing that what she said was was a lie as they have a spring roll, a vegetarian sushi roll, and a vegetable soup amongst various other items. And I'm sure they could have modified many others but just didn't care or want the business.
Consistent with her abrasive attitude, while I was reading the menu the lady then went on to make a statement that literally every Thai restaurant I have ever been to has lied about items being vegetarian just to gain business. Based on food allergies to fish if this were the case every single one would be closed for lawsuits haha
Needless to say I didn't eat here I would never support a restaurant who not only refuses customer service but has animosity towards people who are trying to support their...
Read moreThis is a great family owned restaurant. I've been coming for almost two years already. I love it. The owners are all Thai, and the nicest people ever. I've tried a lot of their Thai food and needless to say it's ALL delicious, and very fresh!! I could go on about all the different dishes, they're all worth trying in my opinion, she gives serves very large portions and makes sure everything is as fresh as possible when it arrives to the table. The sushi is much bigger than most places as well, fresh made in front of you (if you sit at the bar you can see the whole process). These people have gotten it down to an art, I assure you wouldn't regret visiting. I personally recommend their Dragon roll, and the fried rice, best rice in town!!! If it's your first time coming or you're a bit impatient I'd recommend to come in on nights or days other than Friday night, it's usually their busiest day but either way the food is absolutely...
Read moreWhen we first walked in I was a bit skeptical. It was pretty empty and no one greeted us for a good 2 min. But we gave it a shot.
After we sat down we realized oh! There is only 3 ppl here. It's the husband and wife (assuming) and a server. And yet they were cranking out to go orders like mad.
Our server was very pleasant and we were helped several times by the owner lady.
Ok now for the food: I ordered a sushi dinner and man oh man was I pleasently surprised! The fish was super fresh and melted in my mouth. The rice was nice and sweet. It was a perfect combo.
My friend got the cashnew but chicken and was not very happy. He said the sauce was too watery, the chicken was doused in the sauce but because there was no thickness the min you ate the chicken the flavor was gone.
My only comments would be PLEASE fix your tables! They are so wobbly!
I don't know about my friend but I will sure be back from some more...
