
Earlier this year, the HIIT gym I was using had to close down and I needed to find a new location to work out that had quality group classes that included powerlifting and cardio. Conquer was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad I found it. I was checking out other gyms in the area but this one had a great location and lots of equipment. The classes aren't easy, but I wasn't looking for easy. I felt I had also plateaued as I wasn't really losing any more weight or gaining muscle after working out in my last gym for about 18 months. Santi and Clara welcomed me in and not only helped me lose more weight and gain muscle, but also introduced me to a plan of nutrition that I could follow without making huge changes in my diet.
I've been real happy being there since I started back in May 2021. It's clean, safe, and friendly people to work out and help motivate each other. Saturday morning workouts are usually done as a Boot Camp at a local park (weather permitted) and we've gone to a lot of parks I've not known existed in the area to work out at. I go 4-5 days a week and really love the place. They do personal training, have people come in that do stretching, massage and other that you can schedule.
