March 26th 2025 I had a guy (Bradley) come to my house to give me a quote on removal of debris, mulch, put mushroom compost down, topsoil and plant grass. I was told on the date of March 26th that It would be 1 or 2 weeks max! I thought two weeks was fine and we said to each other see you in two weeks. TODAY is May 8th. I haven't heard from them so I decided to call today. I get a nice guy on the phone apologizing because Bradley NEVER called me and NEVER showed up! March 26th to NOW May 8th! I will NOT refer Fratangelos to anyone ANYMORE! I have used them in the past and obviously my $1,475 was not enough money for them to even give me a call to say hey, it's going to be longer or anything. An absolute horrible way to do business or I should say NOT to do business!!! Never again will I call them. I talked to him about having a party at my house on May 11th and I was assured that the work would be done well before that! Yeah, sure! I asked for fine pool sand, the rep said they have concrete sand, and that it would work for a pool. I ordered it, then later texted the installers and asked if there would be any issues. He said "fine mason or pool sand only -- nothing coarse". I called Fratangelos and spoke with the same rep. I told him exactly what the installer told me. He checked with the owner and guaranteed it would be ok for the pool. So they delivered it next day.The installer will not use it for the pool, so I had to buy 5 ton of fine mason sand from APLS (I highly recommend them), and I am now stuck with 5 ton coarse cement sand that I have no use for. My wife and I worked side by side with Bradley and his crew. Although our design kept changing as different ideas popped into our heads, Bradley did everything in his reach to make our dreams become a reality. This project had been going on for 1.5 years on my end, but once Bradley and his crew got started, the job went very fast and very detailed oriented.
