Went to Subway on 5th Avenue in the Moon/Coraopolis Area. Asked cashier how cookies are sold. Looked at me with a blank stare. She was clueless. Because she seemed to be unable to answer and because I am used to my husband bring home a box of 6. That’s what I asked for. She proceeded to stuff them in a bag that ripped and balled the bag up in an attempt to cover the rip. I asked for a cookie box and she looked around the counter and stated there were non. I imagine she noticed my lack of satisfaction for the service provided thus far and asked that I wait while she looks for a box. She came back with a dozen sized cookie box dumped my cookies in it and advised I owe he $6.49. I thought it odd that in a dozen sized cookie box you only get 6 cookies for the same prices as you would pay for a dozen. Frustrated I went home and did some Subway Cookie research and called her back to tell her Subway sells 12 cookies for $6.49 and she only gave me 6 cookies. She suggested that maybe you have to order online to get that price. SUBWAY! Please educate your employees to pricing and savings options. In as much as I love the cookies. I won’t...
Read moreWent in one hour before closing. Two guys on duty. The one in the back room rolled his eyes. As the one out front was making our sandwiches the one in the back could be heard lambasting customers who had the nerve to come in so close to closing time. I asked the one making the subs what the other guy's problem was and he said they were short staffed and he was having a bad day. The guy in the back then came out and started putting covers over all the items while our subs were being made, as if he were closing up. We sat down to eat our sandwiches. My wife and I and another table of three were in there when another customer came in around 45 minutes before closing time. The guy in the back had another mini meltdown. As we were eating, 30 minutes prior to closing, the guy in the back poked his head out into the dining room and told us we needed to start wrapping it up. Say what? The guy making the subs was doing a decent job. The guy in the back shouldn't have the job. We...

Not big deal sub is sub. However, 3 hours later I was running to the bathroom. Something was not fresh or got contaminated. Never had problem before so hopefully isolated event. Watch that they change their plastic gloves when they touch money and register and then go straight to touching...
