Lovely store w nice clothes options. Being coming here for years and once the manager advised me to shop on Sunday for better deals. Today what seem like a new sales associate treated me like if I was about to steal the clothes I was holding. She run up to me as if to stop me and reached out for the things I was holding. When I handed them to her and told her i would be purchasing and opening a layaway on some items then turn to looked at more things I clearly heard her telling a man that people just grab stuff and "put it on layaway and never return". I always use the layaway service and purchase some items. i really wanted to call her out. Wanted to tell her to learn to notices the red flags people who actually steal give off because I actually work in retail and know what to look for to prevent people from stealing. I thought about my actions that could off send red flags but i didn't do anything odd or suspicious. Honestly I really don't want to ever come back because of how horrible she mad me feel but one bad experience from someone who clearly had no experience in customer service shouldn't stop me from shopping at my favorite store. This store is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, WONDERFUL, GREAT, FANTASTIC, AND MY FAVORITE CLOTHING EVER!!! So when I told my husband of 15 yrs I feel ugly we went to several stores looking for clothes in my size. I went in yesterday to look for a cream colored skirt to match my Easter outfit. Tina assisted me in finding the right skirt to match my outfit. She provided excellent customer service and offered to see if any other local stores or online had anything that would work as well. The store was clean, appealing layout, and reasonable prices.
