I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service my husband and I received at your store on March 12th and 13th.
On March 12th, around 6 PM, we visited the store to port our service from Verizon. Tobi, the representative assisting us, was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. We also traded in our phones, but since my old phone had âFind My iPhoneâ enabled, Tobi advised us to disable it at home and return the phone the next day. She did not mention anything about requiring an authorized user for the return or a shipping label being delivered specifically to the authorized user.
When we returned on March 13th to drop off the phone, Tobi was not there. Instead, we were assisted by Mike and another female employee who was also present on March 12th. Mike asked for our ID, which we provided, but then informed us that he could not access the account because we were not authorized users. This was confusing, as Tobi had accessed the account the previous day and even spoke to the authorized user over the phone. Since we had only ported in the day before, it was unreasonable to expect us to be listed as authorized users immediately.
To our disappointment, the female employee with curly hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. She began shouting at us and even used abusive language, which was completely uncalled for. This level of hostility was unacceptable, and it made us feel highly disrespected as customers.
We request that appropriate action be taken against these employees for their unprofessional behavior and inconsistent information. Either they are not properly trained, or they are deliberately making the process difficult for customers. Given our experience, we strongly discourage others from visiting this store unless improvements are made.

Knowing this needs to go public as I'm posting the whole thing on my FB đ§. I started to record the situation as all minorities have to do now so RACIST can't lie. Kaitlyn and Leah or the skinny Hispanic lady didn't know how to even change it as customer care obviously had to walk them through it.
As Kaitlin or Katlyn realized I was recording, she grew a little irritated. Ties to get me into an altercation but I kept a nice time, smiled... And kept recording. So embarrassed I had to to show them my personal federal documents. As I had to record the fact that t mobile insisted I show this. Finally whenever they decided to what are you here for, it was a Mexican guy, very skinny, pants dropped all the way unto the floor and not wanting to help at all.
