Panda Express — Restaurant in Corinth

Placed my order online for pick up and the app said to arrive 15 minutes later. When I arrived they couldn’t locate my order and then the staff realized they had left the ticket on the printer the whole time. No big deal to me, I know it would only take a few minutes so I asked if I could have my drink I ordered while I waited. She said that I would have to wait until I got my food which I found odd because if I had ordered in the restaurant they would’ve given it to me right away. Got my food after 10 minutes and went home to find the portions were way under filled to the point I got only one piece of steak (which is extra) on my entree and the small “entree” box was only filled half way as well. It was honey walnut shrimp and I only got 3 pieces. The lomein was barely even there, I only got 2 bites and the rest was rice. They used to give decent size portions but this was super disappointing as I paid almost $20 for my food. I had planned to save half for later but the portions were so small it didn’t work out. The workers here and especially the manager are incredibly useless and all need to be replaced. I have never gotten a complete order. Ever, however I was always willing to over look the simple mistakes but today finally did it for me. My order arrived burned, completely inedible. Went to the store to get either a refund or the food replaced and was basically told to kick rocks because it "doesn't look burnt". I was the one that had to sit through the incredibly uncomfortable position of eating the disgustingly burned food thst these workers seem to think I'd acceptable. I got my money back from talking to the bank, but I will forever go out of my way now to trash this place. Buyer beware, you're better off going a few miles up the road to any other panda.

Tonight, I came in with a party of 5, all family thinking we would enjoy a nice dinner. I've come to Panda many times so this review is not from a new customer. This must have been our unlucky night! The server named Tony appeared to be new. This guy was super STINGY when it came to serving food. The portion of noodles he scooped was so anemic I had to ask him if he could be more generous with the helping. He looked at me like I was crazy! And then, he reluctantly took 3 strands of noodles to satisfy my request! The rice portions were also small and tasteless! The orange chicken was bland. In comparison, his co-workers were serving generous portions to the patrons they were serving. I didn't want to make it a big deal because we had a party of 5 and there were other people in line too. But, suffice it to say, that they didn't even give us fortune cookies with our meals. Everyone's meal tonight was lacking in some way!
