I went in here looking for bulbs. The blonde haired kid with the blonde mustache helping me was about like going to a McDonald's. He said that he did not have the bulb that I needed in stock. Could not tell me another store that had it. I ended up going to the closest advance Auto parts they did have it in stock and it was half the price and the people that I spoke with at advance Auto parts close to this store knew what they were talking about and had great customer service That's O'Reilly's is an absolute thumbs down. Also I had a $5 reward that I needed to redeem. I asked him how I redeem it and he said that he had no clue maybe try text message. I asked him how can I get them to send me a text message he didn't know. I asked him if he could look it up somehow he said he didn't know I think he was the manager. The associate indicated he could not install them on my Honda Accord as he would have to remove something to do so.
