My old mattress was almost 16 years old. Yes, I was way over due. I didn't know what to expect when I walked in the door at Mattress Express. I was greeted by Diane, she was very friendly, and was there to help me choose the mattress that was right for me. I wasn't there to shop, I was there to buy, so her expertise was very apparent right from the beginning. The person that wrote the one star review in this thread is probably the same type of person that has a bad experience every day of their life no matter what they do or where they go. I have been in customer service all of my life, so I know what to look for in someone who is on the front line, and also in a company. This was going to be the first of several places I was going to look for a mattress. I've already looked extensively at mattresses online, but the experience I had at mattress express with Diane, and then Neal and his wife, were definitely 5 stars. There was no need to look any where else. I don't normally write online reviews, but this experience definitely drove me to do so. I would definitely buy from them again. The prices were unbeatable for the brand and quality I was looking for. I didn't just get a bed, I got an amazing client experience....

This is the 3rd mattress we’ve bought from Diane and Neal because they are wonderful, honest, people who listen, educate you and make sure you get what you need in both quality and price. We bought our adjustable bed when I was having significant back and sleep issues. They got me in the right thing and it has made a world of difference. Then when my parents needed a new set up because my mom was going through cancer treatment and couldn’t rest - they came up from Florida and bought the whole adjustable set up from Diane. It was shipped to my parents in FL and Diane and Neal made sure my parents were taken care of, bed set up properly and even called them to make sure all was well. Today when we needed a new set up for my son, Diane remembered my parents and me and made sure my son got exactly what he needed without us spending a fortune on unnecessary features, oh and we were there for less than 20min because they know what they are talking about! We did not do a ton of research before purchasing a "big girl" bed for our 6 year old daughter. We knew what she liked based on a bed she sleeps on at her grandparents house. My wife took that brand and type and started calling around. Through this process she wound up speaking with Neil who was extremely knowledgeable and invited us to come to his store. We went last Sunday and based on what we were looking for he gave us a few recommendations. We found one we liked and asked if he could have it delivered the next day. Not only did he have it delivered, there was no fee associated with it. Our daughter came home and immediately fell in love with her new bed. We got awesome service and a great price!!! We are sure to return when we are in the market for our next bed in our room. Thanks Neil...we'll see you soon!!!
