Subway — Restaurant in Cornelius

The owner of this Subway us super shady. DoorDash sent my pizza order to the restaurant. Instead of giving me my $50 worth of food (I offered to drive to pick it up), the employee LIED to me and told me she would call me back if it was there. I spoke to DoorDash and was told that it was delivered to the employees at Subway!!!!!! When we FINALLY got the owner to call us (we had to call, tweet, and message HQ multiple times before they forced the owner to call us), we were told that the employees didnt do it and too bad. No apology, no restitution, no "hey heres a $15 gift card on us". We asked them to review the security footage and obviously that didnt occur. 1st time I went the bread was hard as a brick. It was so bad I ended up eating only the ingredients within the sandwich. Went back a 2nd time because I figured it was an honest mistake that's bound to happen every once in awhile, plus I always like to give 2nd chances. Went today and the lady was having a hard time opening the bread to prepare my sandwich, so I asked her specifically if the bread was hard and she said....no I just didn't cut it back far enough. She lied. It was actually cut all the way through and the sandwich barely held together. Food is good, service is good. Do not go here for sweet tea. We went here at 10:00 AM. Went there 8 times and the tea was good and ready one time. All other times it was sour or wasn't ready. Went on to the subway web site to let them know and this is part of the response. " We clean the tea pot every day. If it’s old, we do inform the customer and make them a fresh Tea.
