I bought 2 new beach chair May 21, 2024. August 1, 2024, both chairs started leaking rust. They are made of aluminum. Since I live down here, I thought I would ask if I could exchange them since this has never happened before. We've bought quite number of chairs for Wings. I paid $117 for 2 chairs. The young lady on the phone said they would honor an exchange so we took them back. After meeting her, she denied the exchange because they had been used. I had told her that on the phone. I told her when I bought them. She was fine with everything until I arrived. We've bought a dozen or more chairs from them in the past and this has never happened.
