Never dealt with such an arrogant young man in my life (Blake). Misunderstood what I was ordering, when I tried it explain what I said and what he heard he got offensive. Told him what I wanted not what he gave me, he got it, slammed it on the counter and walked away. It always mess up your orders.they never give you your whole complete order without forgetting one two or three items.. today we ordered a famous bowl and they forgot to put the corn and the gravy. We ordered six tacos and they gave us four. Went through the drive through. There was two people working one drive through window. I guess one was training. Missing my cole slaw and chicken was not crispy like I ordered as well the wrong prices. Didn’t know until I got home. Drove back and the cashier on the inside still got my order wrong. He gave me the right chicken pieces but left out the mashed potatoes. I asked for a manager for compensation since MY food was at home getting cold.
