I had an excellent experience with these guys they were extremely helpful from the beginning to the end. I brought my computer in at 5P.M. on a friday and they let me know they wouldnt be able to get to it that day die to the fact they were closing but said they would get to it saturday for a few hours. I have a busy work schedule so I couldnt call them after 9A.M., so i called at 8:30A.M. and they answered the phone, and i informed them that i would be bringing in a replacement motherboard because i already suspected it being the issue i was having with my computer. The dedication these guys have to their company really shows because anywhere else if you call before their opening hour they wont even consider answering the phone. This made me very happy. Once they were able to test my board to ensure that it was faulty they called me and gave me a status update and informed me that it was bad and they would begin assembling my computer. When i got the computer the computer they made sure i was happy that it was on and everything there and had me check the wire management they performed. They did 2.5 hours of work which came out to being 150 dollars. They assembled a whole computer and did a professional wire job in 2.5 hours this is such a great deal for anyone who has ever put a computer together. I could not be happier with the service these guys provided. Anyone that is complaining about prices or what have you have never dealt with big computer repair guys like Geek Squad who charge way more and then install sabotage software on your computers. I took my Toshiba laptop to Ace for service, basically to reload Vista (Satan's operating system apparently). Computer techs there were friendly and savvy and after a 2 day turnaround time, I got a call saying my hard drive was toast. I was offered a new 250G hard drive for $99, or a 500G one for $199. (this is my only beef, but I realize it's a business and must have a profit margin to stay open). My HD was actually toast, unlike the previous review. I ended up ordering a 250G HD on amazon for a whopping $42, which was cheerfully accepted by the Ace techs (they had no problem installing something I totally got for less than half the price). They installed the HD, reloaded Vista, installed a TON of service pack/updates/adobe/flash, all the annoying stuff that I'd take hours to do. To top it off they cleaned the computer, fan, and tweaked my DVD drive that was somehow rubbing the top of the DVD's off. Turnaround time once I dropped my new hard drive off was 2 days. Fast service, and the price was quite reasonable, (Price for Vista reload is around ~$95, which included hard drive install/cleaning), they even offer a military discount on top of that. For a guy who's only moderately software savvy, I'd give them my business in the future for such...

I have a late 2009 iMac that I use for photography and the machine had been unplugged for about 2 weeks and I could not get it to turn back on. I called around Corpus Christi because I did not want to go to San Antonio to the Apple store and found this AWESOME repair center. These guys are great and they were able to recover my data and transfer all of my photos and music files that almost filled a 1TB hard drive. Willie installed a Solid State Hard drive and transferred all of my data back to my workhorse and it runs like a champ. I was so happy when he called to communicate with me about the progress of the recovery and the final bill came in below the original estimate (price was very affordable). I work in IT but not on Apple products and people are always asking me who to use and I will definitely recommend Ace Computer Service whether it is for home or business.
