5 Stars - Even Better the Second Time!

So excited that Cha 3 Boba Shop opened their second location—this time closer to me! Their first spot in Portland, Texas was already amazing, and this new location keeps the same high standards. The drinks are consistently top-tier—smooth, flavorful, and perfectly sweetened. The Strawberry Dream is my absolute favorite—super refreshing and just the right amount of creamy and fruity. The boba is always fresh and perfectly chewy.

I think these points depend on how you like to enjoy your boba tea. I got the cha x cha x cha which a standard milk tea. What was great was it was unsweetened as requested and made with very fast service. What was strange was the size of ice cubes where they were small enough to get into the straw and compete with the boba; I’ve never experienced that before with a boba tea. I would prefer larger ice cubes. The drink was also mildly underfilled despite the massive amount of crushed ice displacing tea in the container and a scant amount of boba. We were super excited when we heard there was a Corpus Christi Cha 3 location opening up since we loved stopping by the Cha3 in Portland every time we went through there but unfortunately this location isn't as good. We've been to this location a couple times wanting to give it the benefit of the doubt but their house milk tea drink wasn't mixed well and the boba pearls were under or over cooked because they were very inconsistently chewy and not good both times we went.
