Visited this Popeyes for the chicken sandwich and received the worst customer service. Waited in line at the drive thru for 45 minutes before making it up to place the order (which was fine). At the order speaker I inform them I placed a mobile order through my phone, but I had wanted to place an order as I had someone else with me. I was denied the option of placing a new order/adding on to my current order. I asked what options I had as I did not want to wait another 45 minutes in line and was just told “you can cancel your order”. WOW. Really? At this point I asked how to cancel as I was frustrated enough and just wanted to leave and they couldn’t even help me with that. Eventually the attendant says I can go ahead and place a new order but I would have to wait another hour for it... I’m thinking this has to be a joke. I decide to forego the added order, and drive up to get the mobile order both Popeyes and I could not cancel. I spoke with the manager and was met with the same “it is what it is” attitude from her. Apparently the GM gave the directive for no added orders or split orders at the ordering window which makes no sense to me. In my experience, the customer isn’t alway right, however in this specific instance a simple “press of the button” to add an order would have been a simple fix. I suppose this “added task” is far beyond the customer service...

This location ALWAYS takes extremely long to get through orders. Last Sunday was the worst. A whole HOUR of my life wasted waiting for Popeye's...
Took them almost ten minutes to even take our order at the drive-thru despite the fact that there was only one car ahead us. After we ordered, they inform us that it would be about 15-20 minutes, we say ok and they have us park. After half an hour, we walk inside to try to get the status of the chicken and they shoo us out saying that the dining room is closed and that there was no more chicken AGAIN.
The only thing you sell is CHICKEN. How do you not have it? Multiple people that ordered through the drive-thru and in store have left with chicken. It just seems like they were prioritizing the smaller orders to get through more quicker. AT MY EXPENSE. Anyway, they tell us 5 more minutes but we ended up waiting more. Probably another 25 minutes passed before we actually got our order.
It was just ridiculous. They need a major overhaul of the people working there. Train your people for god's sake. Acting like they're back there catching live chickens, plucking them, before they're up for battering and frying. Get it together. It's literally fast...
Read moreThis is probably the best Popeyes in town. They have really friendly customer service, and drive through lane moves quickly. Which is shocking to me these days considering how understaffed everywhere is right now. Today I ordered chicken tenders and they were out of the mild. They let me know and offered the spicy which I also love and I told them that it was no problem. They still threw in an apple pie for me for the Inconvenience. Then I get home and come to find out they gave me an extra biscuit as well. Completely unneeded but very appreciated. Also want to add that one time I did have to wait a longer time for my food (it was during lunch hour) and that day they threw in an extra chicken tender for me because of the delay. I saw the other reviews on here and everyone complains about the wait and horrible service. Kinda thinking these are a bunch of Karen’s up in here lol. I think if your kind to the employees and have an understanding on what it’s like to work fast food and understand that places are understaffed they will take care...
