I took my eye exam here a week ago and it was fine. Since then customer service to pick up my glasses has been horrible. On the day they called me to tell me my glasses were ready I left work early to make sure that I could pick up my glasses before the 8pm closing time their website gave me. I arrived at 6:45 pm and found the store empty save for the one employee I could clearly see through the large glass doors. I pulled the handle to find the door locked and the woman at the counter ignoring me from inside the store. I tried calling and followed the prompts but got no answer. Trip one of wasted time. The next day I called to see when their closing time is as I work outside the area and have to plan my trip there. No answer. Every day since I have called this location and receive no answer other than the generic message by the doctor who states they close at 7pm. The first trip to the store I was still early and they had closed up early. I can’t get a straight answer when they open as now I have to spend Xmas eve traveling down there to hope I can pick up my much needed glasses. What started as a good experience I would have given 5 stars to has turned into a one star nightmare. All I wanted was some communication,...
Read moreAh, splendid choice! Town Center Corte Madera, my dear, is an exquisite destination indeed. The boutiques, including The Container Store, REI, and even Safeway, offer a delightful variety that caters to the discerning tastes of Marin.
As for the atmosphere, it's simply enchanting. The open-air design, adorned with lush greenery, imparts a sense of opulence. It's as if the very air here is imbued with affluence. One can almost hear the clinking of champagne glasses in the distance.
And, my dear, the ample parking, a true luxury in these parts! No need to circle endlessly like those poor souls in the city; here, we have space to spare.
Now, for a local jest: One might say that finding parking here is easier than spotting a Tesla in a Marin driveway! But I digress. Town Center Corte Madera is a gem, where luxury and leisure coalesce seamlessly, a reflection of the refined tastes of...
Read moreI spent $1500 on tires for my daughter's car. 2 days later one of the tires got punctured, so my wife brought it back to them. They told my wife that the tire didn't have any kind of warranty and she would need to buy a new tire to replace that one because they couldn't patch the damaged Tire. After 3 days of arguing with them, I went back and got my tire back and brought it to Able Tire in Novato, they told me that there were two screws on the tire. He took him less than half an hour to repair the tire and it cost me $40. Save yourself time and anger, and go somewhere else. Big O Tire on Washington prefer to lose a customer rather than backing up their products. It will be unfair for me to say that all the Big O Tire shops are the same, but the one in Washington doesn't care much about...
