Family Dollar — Local services in Cortland

I love this store and it has definitely been my go to store for years. However, today I went in for the $5 of $25. I was ready to check out and my total was $25.20. The screen did not show that before tax my total was $24.63. I figured that after the $5 off it was $25.20 until I looked at the receipt when I was done. The person working couldn’t even say “oh hey, you are only 37 cents under for the coupon. Would you like to add a candy bar to get it?” I understand that this guy could probably care less… but it would’ve been the nice thing to do. Everyone else working there has done it on many occasions the past six or more years I’ve been going here. I am not one to have them refund, re scan everything, to add a candy bar and get a coupon but it did not make me very happy. But besides this experience I haven’t had too many problems. Family Dollar in Cortland , has just what l'm looking for at affordable prices .The staff are friendly, greet me when l enter, ask if l found everything l was looking for ,and ask if theres anything else l need or could get for me, the Store is Clean, have restrooms, clerks Smile ,& Thanks me for stopping in, Ending with Have a nice day. They have everything you could ever need. Huge clothing selection, nice freezer selection, and good deals when you use their smart coupons app. The store is clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend over Dollar...
