We were rite aid customers prior to being sent to walgreens. We have been patient & understanding of how chaotic this merge was on customers & employees alike. But after months of nothing but bad service we are being left with no choice but to find another pharmacy. We took the time to meet face to face with pharmacy techs to make sure we got signed up on all the things we were used to using at rite aid, i.e. text alerts, automatic refill alerts, etc. We have yet to receive any of these after repeated attempts to understand why. When we call to check on the status of a rx, the automated message will say it's ready, but when we arrive to pick it up, it's NEVER ready, with a long list of excuses to choose from as to why. A rx that was called in by our physician never DID get refilled even tho the automated system mentioned the rx by name & said it was ready for pickup. I have goodrx and stated I never paid this much for antibiotics. Unable to get service in the back of the store to look it up on phone so I just bought it because my dog is sick.
