long story short: took my ring in to get it tightened, old manager Ricia lost my ring, and then lied to us when called checking in. she told her associates to lie to us as well. after five weeks i was given a different ring without being told it wasn’t mine. it was several sizes too big and the center diamond was crooked. we got a refund for what we paid, and expected more considering the manipulation and deceit. all we were offered was a $100 gift card. that is nothing in comparison to the sentimental value you lost and worth of the ring as of today. disappointed does not even begin to describe how i feel. i will say the current manager is very sweet and...
