Cricket service in Coshocton Ohio goes out MULTIPLE times a month. Youre left paying for a service u may or may not be able to use. When it does go out you can't even make emergency calls. This is happening to many customers here and has been for a long time. Cricket has no answers as to why and always says it's a tower update... tower updates knock out service for a day to more than a week? (this has been an issue for just over a year). Get it together...

Went for the family 4 line plan , very disappointed we spent $360 and none of us received the "free phones" they falsely advise.. didn't even receive a free sim card. Just a rip off to get ya in the door.. go directly to at&t and they'll probably give ya the free phones. Next time we will .. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the service works where we needed...

2 Star for our negative experience with one of the female workers, not sure what her name was, but all she tried to do was hustle us into buying a more expensive phone, 5 stars for Aron who we got today, he was very helpful and we were able to resolve our issue for $10 instead of the $25 the female worker was tryna...
