My wife and I were not looking for anything special on this Saturday night, but, when we ended up an hour and a half away from home and hungry, we decided to search where we were for a bite to eat. We walked in and we’re seated right away. Though they were down on servers, they were very attentive and checked on us regularly and with a fantastic presence and attitude. Food took about 15-20 minutes to come out and that is right in line with a dine in restaurant if not typically longer at most other places. The food that was set before us. My wife got meatloaf and I got their all you can eat fish. The meatloaf and it’s accompanying potato cake with a side of onion rings: Tender, juicy, absolutely flavorful in all of the right ways. The potato cake was Devine!. The onion rings were awesome! My fish, being a Florida native and growing up on all the different fish and fried fish…. I have never had better fried fish that what I had here. House made beer batter, perfectly cooked. House made fries were delicious! Overall, there are alot of of negative reviews here that miss all of the real reasons you go out to a sit down restaurant to eat. Great food, Great Service. Even If I had to wait an hour, it was more than well than worth it. Best restaurant I’ve been to in a very long time. We will be making the hour and a half trip to come here in the future. Don’t miss out on this gem!!!

A humble restaurant on the river with a surprisingly affordable and creative menu, and also great food. I was in town for work and stopped here at the end of the day. The menu had a lot of interesting options including burgers, tacos, chicken fingers, salads, and full dinners which included sides. I had chicken smothered in muenster cheese with peppers and onions - the chicken was grilled to perfection, tender, and juicy. The broccoli was blanched and buttered - tender and delicious. My other chosen side was a potato cake, which seemed to be mashed potato rolled in breadcrumbs and deep fried - delicious! My server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I appreciated the place being open on a Monday when almost everything else in town was closed. The huge place only had two other parties dining. Only complaints are that the industrial air conditioner is REALLY loud and seemed to run the whole time. Also, my table was a bit sticky when I sat down. Other than that this place is a great option, especially if you're a visitor looking for a low-key place to grab a quick, affordable, and delicious dinner.

This is a new resturaunt in town, so naturally there has been some kinks to work out. The first time we tried to come here we were told the kitchen was overwhelmed and that they were not seating anyone. This was the second night of them opening. This time we went and go in without any trouble. We were served promptly and courteously. I do have some critiques for this resturaunt that any customer should know. 1.) This area is loud, not because the people or business, but because the shape of the building and the fact that it is one giant room with hard surfaces all around. Sounds bounce very easily. 2.) Drink sizes are small, however refills are free. They do good about refreshing your drink. - Pepsi products and sweet tea available. 3.) Portion sizes and prices. The portions here are fairly small, with not a lot of girth to them for the price. Don't get me wrong the food is delicious, just smaller in portions. Overall it was a good experience with some good room for growth which could easily make it one of the best places in town!

First time ever in the town of Coshocton, so obviously we’d never dined here before. After some research, we decided to stop here after a long tournament.

It wasn’t very crowded at the time, and our waitress was very nice and attentive.

That’s about where the compliments stop.

The menu is very misleading and each person in my party of 4 fell victim to thinking we were ordering something different from what we received.

The lobster bisque was not “bisque” at all. More like a seafood stew broth that was extremely oily.

We specifically inquired about the salmon “steaks” because what we were looking for was an actual section of the salmon that may still contain bones. What we got were more like salmon nuggets.

The “tater boat” led one to believe they would get tater tots prepared in the form of nachos, but in actuality it was a large baked potato with nacho cheese and gigantic chicken chunks on top. Not as fun as expected for a 13 year old.

I won’t make any other comments regarding The Crab Pot other than saying, just please don’t….

Lastly, the most disappointing offering on the menu (at least that we ordered) was something I anticipated to be something that was impossible to screw up. But this place said “hold my beer!” How on earth do you offer a Smash burger using frozen patties that aren’t smashed at all, and don’t even have the taste or consistency of real beef? To be honest, I’m still not 100% certain what the meat was in that “burger”.

In summary, we would not recommend and won’t return due to the quality of the food and how misleading the menu was.

At least Nikki was...

I definitely would not recommend this restaurant. There was a group of 6 of us dining here 9/18/22. My sister and law and I ordered the special Philly steak and cheese for $13.95. When they were brought to us, there was barely any meat on it. It was beyond "scarce". My SIL asked our waitress if that was standard and she said yes. We then asked the owner and she begrudgingly brought us out more meat for sandwich. First crisis averted. Then, I cut into one of my onion rings and it was completely raw inside. Dry batter came pouring out of it. When I brought it to the owners attention, she said "Well I just feel like I can't please you people". I have never in my life sent food back. Ever. But I felt it was necessary to at least bring it to owners attention. She asked, quite sassy, "Well, what can I do to make you happy". I simply asked for my onion rings to be comped. I'd pay for my sandwich. Now, my daughter's food finally came out about 10 minutes later. She ordered after us so not a huge deal, and her sandwich was all wrong. Again, we spoke with owner, and shecwas so condescending and rude to a teenager. It wasn't busy, it was about 230-3 o clock on a Sunday afternoon. So maybe everyone was having an off day, I don't know. Food quality not worth the price. Our server was very nice and she was...
