Came in to check out the new zerogrand shoes. It was a weekday about 8pm and not crowded at all. Store was clean and had a good selection. Two younger guys were there and very friendly and down to earth. Did not try to upsell me. Genuinely did whatever I needed and offered goof advice on how to clean my shoes when needed.
