I walked in to get my nails done and I was wearing closed toed shoes and the first thing out of the person sitting behind the desks mouth was “no pedicure today?” No interest in what I actually wanted/needed. Then I said no to the pedicure and she then proceeded to just say “gel manicure then?” I politely said I wanted to take off the gel polish I had and just do a regular manicure. She said they would charge extra to take off current gel polish. I asked how much and she said $5. I said that was ok with me and she had the most disgusted look on her face. They have no regard for what people want. They just want everyone to get the pricey services. The technician did a good job on my manicure which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars...

I usually love the happy nails place off adams. I called this place ahead of time to make sure husband and i didnt need an appointment. When i got here, the lady left me sitting in a pedicure chair with cold water for 35 minutes to start someone else’s nails before bothering to come back to start my pedicure. The other person didnt have an appointment either. Husband was done before they even started my nails, and they only sent someone over to me because they heard me tell my husband i was going to just wait for him to be done and not do anything if it was going to take this long. Not thrilled with the nail salon. The first time wasn’t to bad just felt like I didn’t get what I asked for , short changed on the Pedicure only the nails done no massage and was not given choices. Yesterday I only did my hands and my nails are so thick with acrylic and the lady did not do the tips of the nails they are uneven and I asked for a fill and was charged for a full set.
