I’ve been coming here for the better part of the last three decades.

I bought a Covid-19 mask for my at-risk grandmother several weeks ago, only to find out at after gifting it to her, that it was kids sized and didn’t fit her.

The man in the store would not allow me to return/exchange it. It was only $15, but the fact that he wouldn’t let me exchange it at the very least is incredible. At least be clear with sizing if you can’t try things on in a store or let me know up front exchange/returns are not available. They have lost a customer, and I will not return or patronize this store...
