I purchased gucci clogs multi color , I understand there consignment store , out of fairness that they should let people know why they are being consigned, because these clogs they hurt my feet so bad and I called about after purchasing them less then a week the person I spoke to was soo rude , I could've just purchased them at the store , not a big difference on the price , wore them see how they feel absolutely returned them because I feel there dangerous for your feet and this store should at least give a few weeks to return or credit for...

I would have liked to have known how the store was laid out or greeted by anyone of the 3 older sales ladies.... not a word. I just came from the beach so perhaps I wasn’t worthy of their attention. The gal who raced in with a bag of shirts with and without tags was thrilled to see them. She would be getting $89 for her resale items. Mostly noticed that most of the clothes were small and extra small. The best shoes were size 9’s . I was super disappointed that I drove out of my way on my way back to San Diego to check out this store....
