Incomepent staff. Mary the cashier overcharged me on groceries and couldn't do the math right after she said she fixed the issue, in which I sould have been charged 1 dollar (20$ orginally). Even put up attitude when the issue was brought up to her. Very dissatisfied with staff, but the prices are good here. They need to do self checkout because the people here lack knowledge in math and have nasty attitudes. P.S. Some cashier last time forgot to charge the last customers for their groceries when ringing me up and had the gall to tell me to wait for him to fix his error, while he just ran out of store. BE CAREFUL OF STAFF HERE.

What a wonder for our community! Prices beat all competition. Quality products are constantly changing but not the high level of quality. Wide selection of items to meet all customer needs. Management knows customer base and selects products to fill their needs. Wine selection is enormous! Prices are unbelievably low. Owner is helpful and knowledgeable. Staff is friendly, welcoming, well trained and courteous. Don't miss this place it is a gem.

You can find some good deals at Grocery Outlet. When I get a chance I stop and see their latest deal. Found several options s at this store but found the pricing frustrating. With several areas, the price tags on the shelf do not match the item on the shelf. It was not an area that was being stocked so I could not understand this. This particular store was a bit rough in that it does not look like the store gets faced on a daily basis.

I've shopped here every year when in Costa Mesa visiting family. I've never had a bad experience until today on the snack aisle. I hear " I'm right behind you guys" as a woman pushes cart, rolling shelf style. She says this as she is directly behind me, not really a fair warning, but what's worse is she says " You almost ran into my cart, great job man". This is unacceptable behavior. I'm never the type to complain to a business but that certainly crosses a line when you talk to customers, practically admit endangering their safety, and put the blame on them. Especially when it's your job to make customers aware of such occurrences a bit more ahead of time than split seconds away from impact. I don't treat workers as personal servants, and I certainly can't just accept being treated like that while doing what a customer does, shop. I'll change my review if the situation is dealt with accordingly. I don't mean any disrespect. There was a long line at checkout and I didn't want to hold them up asking for a manager and...

I liked it when you could pick a line and stay in it for check-out! Now you stand in a long twisting Cattle Call line and the patrons at the front are distracted! Then the worker says, "Line 2 is open," but the customers in front are still jabbering and the person behind them is afraid to tell them, so me being 3 people back in the line have to yell, "HEY! LINE 2 is open, GO! I shouldn't have to do that --- and separate individual check-out lines eliminate that! So go back to the American way of grocery shopping --- this ain't Russian and this ain't no soup kitchen line! Jezzz! Then the shelves are more empty than before, so from 2 times a week of visiting, now my visits have dropped to once every two weeks --- and with the aforementioned fiasco of ONE long (wasting steps) twisting-line maze, it more than likely will go to just once a month! So if and/or when they close . . . like Paul Harvey used to say --- "And now you know the rest of the...

Worst customer service i ve ever had. I was inline with my groceries on the belt, , the checker totally ignored us, then after ringing up a few items suddenly left. Someone had dropped a bottle of olive oil outside. He came in to get paper towels, didnt even try to get someone else to help us, or even excuse himself. Then went back outside. No one came to finish ringing us up. My husband got tired of waiting and decided we didnt need the groceries. So we left. I thought really what the heck just ignore all your customers waiting in line, he could have called others in the store who where stocking shelves or just standing around talking. This wasnt the first time i received bad service, so i...
