no words can describe my horrible scary experience at the SCP Jimmy choo Store. I walked in today with purchase from more than a year back. I only wore shoes handful of times over the year. I noticed the lace came a apart on my shoes and I walked in to have these repaired at this location to see what can be done. As I explained to the the Asian girl who was working there, her smile went away as soon I mentioned I need to have these repaired and got a nasty look asking for the proof of purchase. I showed her my receipt and then her response was, " well that could have happened depending on your feet and the way you walk in these shoes". My response was are you saying it is my fault that these shoes are ripped. asked to speak to a Manager, and this short Asian guy came and said he was the manager and how can how can he help. I explained him the same situation and his response was "well we don't know how you walk or your feet are the way you walk and how often" I asked him so you are saying it is my feet that caused the problem and then his response I don't know how your feet are. I was shocked and asked for his name and the corporate phone or email address. He refused to give his name and the corporate number and told me to "Get out" Get Out or I am calling the security". I finally spoke to security and was told by them they have seen this behavior many times at this location. The two guys were a taller white bald guy supposedly the true manager and the short Asian guy asst manager and the Asian girl very rude and nasty. Will never shop at this location ever. So sad to have such rude people work for such a nice...

Customer service was terrible. I’d rather buy JC at Nordstrom than the actual store. We were first “greeted” by brief full-body glances from the two saleswomen by the door. No “hello”. No offering to help whatsoever. We browsed around and started trying on some shoes. Zero service remained. I had to get the attention from the salesman who was sorta willingly aware of our presence. We ended up buying one pair of heels from the guy who helped us. Despite the minimal service they do have nice shoes. Upon leaving after payment, I realized no one, not one single employee, had said “thank you” or anything except “here’s your receipt”. I guess I was too shock to process what just happened as we were leaving. Upsetting experience. I was planning to get my wedding shoes at JC as well as the bridesmaid shoes as their gifts.
