For two people that flew from out of state and drove from Central California; I’m pretty disappointed. The customer service was trash. Not once were we greeted or assisted while shopping. The workers barely made eye contact. I will say they have great apparel but definitely not worth coming back with the hostility within the building. It was very disappointing as someone who has been following them on social media for awhile and very excited to see the shop. The employee was disrespectful and assumed we were stealing. They could have at least greeted us before being rude. When we walked outside to leave the employee asked “I’m going to need that back-“ referring to the our purchase from Salvation Army. My friend and I had our receipts and offered to show them but the employee just walked away. I understand the misunderstanding but an apology or kindness would have been nice.
