I’ve been a loyal Mejuri customer for years and have recommended their products to so many friends and family. I always loved the aesthetic and thought I was investing in quality, everyday jewelry.
Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has been deeply disappointing. One of my bracelets came off unexpectedly (not once, but twice) and ultimately was lost. I had previously taken it into the store after the first incident, where I was told everything was fine. But clearly something was wrong with the clasp.
When I reached out for help, I was met with a flat denial. Despite the obvious flaw and the fact that I had already had another item replaced under warranty, they refused to offer a replacement or even a credit. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like a valued customer only when I’m spending money, but not when I genuinely need support.
It’s unfortunate that a brand I once loved and promoted so often couldn’t stand behind their product when it mattered most.
EDIT TO RESPOND TO OWNER: Thank you for your reply, but I find it both disappointing and disingenuous. As I mentioned, I did bring the bracelet in after the first incident, and I was told everything was fine. That was a missed opportunity to catch what was clearly a defect with the clasp. The bracelet came off again and was ultimately lost because of that flaw. This was not due to negligence on my part.
Pointing to your blanket policy about lost items while ignoring the context of a previously reported issue does not feel like “maintaining fairness,” it feels like avoiding responsibility. Here's where the low rating comes in. The associates were very insistent that the warranty would cover everything, including damage and defects. I bought a pair of cute earrings here, a single stud, and a bar charm on Black Friday. They were so busy, I didn't get a chance to check out the boxed pieces until I got home. Immediately, I noticed the bar charm was bent. I emailed customer support and since then have been getting different responses on whether or not they would honor the warranty. They have transferred me to 3 different customer support associates already and each of them stop responding after they ask for a shipping address in order for them to send me a return label. I am currently still waiting for a response from customer support. It has almost been a month and I have not heard any next steps from Mejuri. Please carefully check your purchase before leaving the store.

I explained that I only had cash and would come back later after a visit to the bank and they didn’t belittle me or judge me. I ended up buying 2 solid gold initial pave bracelets and they’ve held up daily wears, showers, school, and everything else. They’re thin and I was worried about them breaking but despite stacking them together, they have never tangled or broke.
