Came here to purchase another large order for my company’s clients, and Monica, an employee here was so rude and unprofessional that I left and went to the location across the street. I usually have excellent service with See’s but my experience with this particular employee was atrocious. She tried to claim that it had something to do with being unable to place orders over the phone but it had nothing to do with that as I had already arrived and she still refused to place the order. She told me she would help me shortly but after waiting for her to finish helping other customers she just told me to “go wait in line”. I recently visited this Sees Candies store and had a delightful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering me samples of their delicious chocolates. Upon entry to the store, Brian gave us each a sample. It was delicious! He helped us enthusiastically with our custom orders and suggested new items. It was actually my birthday! All I wanted for my birthday was Sees Candy and a cupcake. He was able to suggest Sprinkles and even looked up the hours so we could make it before closing.
