I visited the Cottleville location of Jan’s Hallmark, a store I have frequented many times in the past. As a longtime Gold Crown member, I have never encountered any issues until my visit on May 15, 2025. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a white woman who asked if I needed any assistance, to which I replied, "No, thank you." As I browsed through various items, other customers entered the store and were greeted as well. However, this same employee followed me down every aisle, pretending to straighten and move items around as if she was working in that area. I have shopped at the location and in Wentzville, and they have never treated me this way. I will never shop at the Cottleville location of Jan’s Hallmark again due to the racial profiling...

The associates are always helpful, friendly, pleasant, and work hard to meet customer needs. Great atmosphere and enjoyable place to...
