Out of almost everything at 2:30. Which is fine coming out of lunch. My son ordered teriyaki chicken and they had to make more teriyaki sauce. Took 10 minutes. The sauce tasted more like a thick soy sauce. Not the sweetness that you'd get with teriyaki. My wife and I chose to wait 10 minutes for fresh orange chicken, bejing beef and honey walnut shrimp. And fried rice. The honey walnut shrimp had almost no honey taste. The orange chicken was NOT orange chicken. Very tart and garlicky. The manager tried it and spit it out. As I'm sitting here writing I've lost count on how many people have come in from the dinner thru and complained about orders not being right. One just came back in for a forth time. As well as customers that ordered inside waiting for their food only to return with issues. Im counting for people counting the manager on duty working. I hate giving this location 2 stars because I've never had a bad experience here. But in reading other recent reviews it seems that service and quality has really gone downhill over the last few months. I will return again at some point. But if the service is still the same as today my family and I will not return. I sincerely hope things improve here. Also 2 drivers from Grub hub have been waiting for over 10 min to get their orders picked up for their customers.

We just ordered food from this location and they failed to add the second entree pn one of our plates. We ordered food for the whole family including two plates (2 entrees + side) of Angus beef and sweet fire chicken, one with fried rice, the other with chow mien. The plate with chow mien was perfect, but the plate with fried rice was clearly missing the chicken. We called the manger who was incredibly rude. He refused to even accept that they messed up. He swore that it was GrubHub's fault, saying the "chicken must've fell out of the container." There was obviously never any chicken in this container; no sauce on the container; nothing. He swore he made it himself and checked it twice, and that it had to be GrubHub's fault. He refused to make it right, refused to admit that they made a mistake, and was just downright rude to boot! To make things worse, my friend's husband called afterward to talk to the manager again, and a female stated she was the manager and spoke to him about our food order being incorrect. Then, he called back and a male "manager" spoke to him and told him there was no female manager at that location. So their staff is playing games with the customers. The whole experience was ridiculous!

01/02/2024: Just stopped in for late lunch with my wife, was waited on soon as we arrived by Starshay W. Very nice, let us take our time looking over choices, she was an outstanding personality. Food presentations were real nice, fresh looking, spring rolls, Large drinks. The food is what we have learned quality was outstanding, sauces each main was very good tasting sauces, spicy foods just right heat flavoring blending all flavorless for a delicious treat. Resturant was very clean, organized, it's a taste pleasure everytime we can make it over to them. Excellent management team I would say, everyone we see and meet all friendly, smiling, speak to you, no frowns, doom or glue faces. Just a very nice place for a meal in house or take home, just a fresher taste but great either way. You really need to try it, and enjoy it, really FIVE STAR. šŸ˜‰ . to think

We just moved to Ofallon and finding our way around area. Came upon Panda Express on Mid Rivers Mall rd. Stopped had lunch and everything was great. All the food had wonderful taste, portions very good, Serving, cooking staff were all very friendly, helpful and great to see all staff smiling. Resturant was very clean, tables clean. If you enjoy very good flavored chineese food we highly recommend this resturant, may see ya there because we'll be back again, lots great choices.

Good job management and staff. One suggestion, Music a bit loud to talk at a table only...
