My husband is a professional hydroponic garden builder. He went to this store to grab supplies for our clients, and the clients came with us but were shocked and appalled by the lack of customer service.
We couldn't return a few items, so we left saying we would write a review to prevent other people from being in our situation (stuck with supplies we no longer need, unopened, 48hrs prior).
He followed us out to the car, and yelled towards my husband, "Are you really going to make a big deal about a $20 pump? You should just spread love."
To which, my husband replied, "Ok I will spread love, and write a review, so that other potential customers know you CAN'T RETURN the vast majority of the items sold here."

The guy(Benji) was very informative with a ton of prior knowledge. I wasn't even there to buy anything just needed some information and without hesitation he assisted me. Benji told me about a collective that is starting in the Verde Valley and it was exactly what I am looking for. I would encourage anyone to stop by this amazing place.
