My family and I full time RV and have our mail sent to us from our home state UPS store to a local UPS store wherever we are at. I do always check to make sure a UPS store will receive our envelop containing our mail. There is normally a $5 fee per package and a five day holding window. Never have had any issues in a year. I called this store and the woman who answered said there would be a five minute hold or I could call back. I opted to just call back. When I did call back I got the same lady and I asked if they receive packages for a fee and how long they hold. We would be there the next day to pick up after it arrived. She was very almost smart Alec and just kept saying â I donât know...you would have to ask the ownerâ âwe donât have space for holdsâ â I really just donât knowâ. I think if she is going to be the person answering the phones she probably should know something. Good customer service isnât telling me to keep calling back to get ahold of the owner for questions...good customer service is finding out the answers to my questions and getting back with me. This store need to be training their staff how to answer store questions and how to have professional...

Was unhappy with delivery times, would get emails saying out for delivery on that day but wouldnât show up for 4 more days. Man in store thought it appropriate to tell grown woman to stupid to read and understand the email I got saying was delivered. Told me they âdonât get packages hereâ and said I got email and his reply was that they donât send emails. Finally he went and got my package. I have notified Amazon I will refuse all packages delivered through UPS. Then there is a woman there, she will scan and say canât pull it up, I went and asked another person and they pulled up right away. I will never step foot in this store again. I will REFUSE all packages sent through UPS. Every package they return, I will call that business and explain about the poor service and I will pay extra for fed ex...
   Read moreI was about to post a short review, but had to comment on the most recent review from Jody F. I was at the UPS Store while Jody F was in line. The Cottonwood UPS store was busy and the staff was assisting everyone as quickly as possible. Jody got upset after her QR code was not scannable. Two associates asked her to brighten her phone screen. She grabbed her 3 packages and left the store. She was furious and opened her car door and hit the car parked next to her. She was yelling at the UPS associate, who was helping her with the package she dropped while leaving the store. If it wasnât for the associate who told her to go inside and ask for the owner of the vehicle she damaged, she would of driven off. She made a scene that was hard to ignore. Kudos to the UPS staff.
