I love to shop at Cato Gallup NM, Roswell NM Bullhead City but I will never go to this one in cottonwood ever agin The elder lady was telling my grandson not to touch the earring mind you he was picking some out for his mom. I told her he can touch them because we are going to buy them she kept telling my grandson NoNoNo. I said why do you keep telling him No . I said leave him alone. Then my 7 year old grandson had to use the bathroom and another younger lady said of course. So she was letting him in and than again the elderly lady said he could not go to the bathroom by himself and than I said why ? Than she said mean I’m telling you he can’t go go the bathroom by himself because kids destroy the bathrooms. My daughter gave her earring to my younger grandson to hold and again the elderly lady was telling him no no no. And I asked her what is your problem and she took the earrings from my grandson and said he had dropped the back of the earring. And I took the earrings from her and I told her we could pick it up and to leave me my grandson alone. My daughter came out the bathroom and asked what was going on, I said eff this put all our stuff down and said we will not be treated this way. This sad part of this whole situation is my oldest grandson who is 9 said grandma were they mean to us because of our color ? And I said I don’t know, and he said thank you grandma for defending us. Cute clothes, good prices, nice selection. I was very pleased; I'd never visited before. But when I ready to try on, the salesperson would not allow me to use the large dressing room. Instead, she unlocked the door of a dressing room with someone inside! She gave me a big diatribe about customers with walkers. I use one, too but didn't have it with me.
