Upon arrival, the location stood out amongst the others. This place is more so a distribution center than a "shop" and with plans to expand into a cigar lounge I certainly wish these guys nothing but the best.

They did an outstanding job helping me navigate the feeling of being overwhelmed. They broke down flavors, sizes, everything from the tobacco flavor and aroma to the wrapper and the role each component plays in crafting a cigar. The expertise is truly what makes this place shine. I'm a novice cigar smoker but they made sure that I had a good understanding of cigars prior to my purchase. I can't say enough how great the customer service was here. Ben even followed up with me via email.

Key points: I never felt pressured or sales pitched. They carry only premium cigars. Went out of their way to help me selectively purchase product. Gave me the tools to make an educated purchase.
