Waited 15 minutes in the drive up at the window before the food came. When it finally came, the girl handed it to me with no apology for the wait and quickly closed the window. The extra gravy that I ordered was not there, nor were there any napkins, but i couldn't ask because the window was shut. So I knocked on the window. First, I knocked sort of quietly with no response, so i knocked harder, and the girl burst through the window and growled at me "I'm taking an order!" with the dirtiest look I've ever gotten from a food service worker. Then she slammed the window closed again. I drove away, then called the store. I asked for the manager and he came on the line. I told him that I had waited 15 minutes for my food and he started to mumble some excuse which I didn't quite catch, then I told him about how the girl snarled at me and didn't apologize. He offered another excuse but still no apology. Not until I said that I had not received an apology did he finally say that he did apologize, but I never heard one. This was my very first and last visit to this store. I will be calling store manager on Monday. After leaving this review, I read several other 1 star reviews that said basically the same thing. I see the responses but it appears that your "sorry you didn't enjoy your visit -hope you will give us another chance" are totally insincere as it seems you don't make any effort to change what's wrong. Horrible customer service and...
Read moreMy best friend and I decided to go grab some late night food about 30 minutes ago. We came here and received the WORST customer service we have ever received. Not only was the girl that took our order rude while we were ordering but didn't count back a large amount of change to me or even tell me what my change was. I had to ask what it was before she handed it back to me so I knew what to count since she obviously was not going to. Then I saw our food was done but instead of it being put into our bag and given to us she gave it to another employee and he took it around the corner, towards the lobby, then put it in the bag and came to the window and violently handed me the back with a strange look on his face. I seriously think he spit in our food. I didn't have the guts to eat it. I even got all of this on camera because I knew this visit was going to be bad from the second we pulled up and very rudely asked, "what we wanted." we will be going in tomorrow morning and talking to a manager and showing the manager the video. We will also be contacting the health department with the complaint of mishandling our food. This is completely unacceptable even from a couple of obviously miserable fast food workers. Word of advice, if you don't like your job, then find a different one! Don't take your misery out on good...
Read moreDairy Queen in Cottonwood, I thought they were closed when I pulled up. My father is in a rehab center here in Cottonwood and wanted a hot fudge malt. When I pulled up I saw caulking in the window no furniture only one car that I noticed was in the Drive-Thru. When I open the door I was grateful to realize they were opened, just doing a major remodel. I got my father's special order for his hot fudge malt no milk. It was quick enough to get it back to the rehab center still frozen. The young ladies that work there are very polite and service with a smile. It was almost as though they were glad to see somebody, anybody show up. I was surprised to see so many employees in a building that seem to be closed. I was also glad to see so many young people still willing to work. It was a great experience and I was grateful to get my father exactly what he wanted. He has made me promise to go get the same mount everyday, and I will. Kudos to the Dairy Queen crew! And thank you for making my father's very difficult recovery even...
