As far as a truck stop goes it's clean but minimal parking spots at almost all locations we've been at. Not our first stop at this location, but also not our first bad experience with Sapp Bros. Parking for large vehicles is slim. We were driving a pickup with a camper and were absolutely exhausted and looking for a spot to sleep for about 5 hours. We asked the lady at the counter if we were good to park across 4 spots on the side and she said we would be fine there, this was 3 am. Just after 6 am someone came pounding on the window telling us to move. We told him we were given permission to park there and he said "I don't know who you talked to but you need to move" and walked off. I understand that parking is limited all over the lot, but there was nobody in the 12 other spots around us and we specifically asked permission to park. We won't be stopping by this location on our travels through again. We will give Sapp one more chance in our travels before going elsewhere for...
Read moreDo not take your truck to these guys. They turned me down for an alignment a couple of weeks ago and told me it was only appointment, I ended up with an appointment for today at 5 pm, 5 hours later and they didn’t even touch my truck. When I dropped off the truck the mechanic was complaining about “another alignment”. I went and spoke with Gary, and he claims he has been the assistant manager for two years, and his way in solving the problem was giving me my truck and calling the cops if I didn’t leave. All I can say is this isn’t my first problem with them, and every time they hide behind the next person up and no one ever knows how to reach out. My next up is Mike, and if not Matt K. I will voice this to whoever will hear because I lost money and time for nothing to get done, and these people should be held accountable. BTW, assistant manager called me out acting tough and hid behind a phone with cops on dial. I’m just saying, if you’re the one calling someone out, be a...
Read moreThis place is a joke, don't even try coming here, even if you are doing your 70 hr reset and have plenty of time. I called by noon that one day to have some minor work done on my unit, they reassured me with a lot of confidence that I will be taking care of, they said sure bring your truck and we will fix for ya!. By 4 pm I checked in and was told it will be 3 to 4 hours until they can start working in my unit. After 4 and half hours waiting I went in for an update, they told me that they will not be able to fix my unit until next day because they close at 11 pm and there were another two other trucks in front of me. But hey when I went inside there were 3 mechanics having the time of their life and another one in the office and 5 empty bays. Woooowww, lesson learned, don't come near this Sapp Brothers truck service or any other Sapp Brothers truck service! And you guys thought that...
